SoulCollage®
July 13 & July 27 | 2:00-4:30 PM
Cost: $60
SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance.
SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice. Using magazine images, scissors, and a glue stick, and a base card you will create your own unique expressive image. These images give voice to aspects of our inner life that are longing to come forward and be witnessed. Deep growth and integration can come for making these lovely little windows of the soul.
This two and a half hour workshop is for anyone who wants to find a way to give voice to emotions, intuitions, experiences, or just explore playing with creative expression. This will be a small group experience with a grounded compassionate guide helping you access the media and your inner voice.
Your guide for this experience is Rev. Liz Forney. Liz is a pastor, spiritual director, artist, teacher and retreat leader with three decades of experience. You can learn more about Liz and her ministry at www.contemplativecreativity.com.
Space is limited to 6 participants.

Camp Free to Be
4 Session Group (June 9, 12, 23, 26 | 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM), $75 per child
4 Day Camp (August 4-7 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM), $150 per child
Camp Free to Be is an introduction to the themes of communicating emotions, listening skills, emotional identification and regulation, and exploring strengths and personal values. Through games, group activities, creative expression, and guided conversations drawn from play therapy, campers will explore what it means to be kind to others and to themselves.
Together, we’ll learn how to manage big feelings, talk about what matters to each child, and practice tools for staying calm and connected. This camp is all about helping kids grow their social-emotional toolkit in a fun, supportive environment so they leave feeling more free, joyful, and empowered to be their true selves.
Facilitated by Palmer Castrodale, M.Ed. and Elizabeth Girvan, LPC Intern.
